HEAVY DUTY DUMP VESSEL

Patria Dump Vessel is made of high abrasive steel plate, bottom plates of the dump section are reinforced with ribs for added strength. It is available with scope end or tail-gate that can be chosen in accordance with the site and fleet requirement. Equipped with telescopic hydraulic cylinder, it is available within payload of 12,000 kg ~ 30,000 kg.

A. Replacement for CAT 777C & CAT 777D)

• High tensile structural steel plate for excellent rigidity, reduced maintenance cost and permits exceptional weight savings and or increased load carrying capacity.
• The side and bottom plates of the dump section are reinforced with ribs for added strength.

B. Replacement for CAT 785 & CAT 789

• High tensile steel BIS ALLOY 80 for structure
• Wear resistance steel BIS ALLOY 360 for inside body
• Body side is smooth/bolstered with solid round top rail bar
• Body canopy is full deck covering type
• Body is full body perimeter exhaust heated with body exhaust
• Body complete with ductile, safety sling/pins bracket and wheel protector
